Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your CAID4 account and all associated data, you can request deletion by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your CAID4 account so we can locate it.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information (display name, avatar)
• Game statistics and match history
• Friends list and social connections
• Any cosmetic items or purchases
• Push notification tokens

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

What Is Not Deleted

Anonymized, aggregated gameplay data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
